NMRV NRV SRV DRV Series Worm Reducer

Jiuwei transmission is one of Chinese professional manufacturers. Our mainly products worm gearbox NMRV series and VF series are a mechanical power transmission device widely used in various industrial applications.

The structure is more rational and the heat dissipation performance is better.

The color will be blue, gray, black, red and other customized color number, it's very light.

It uses high quality synthetic oil to protect worm shaft and worm gear reducing their wear, so the transmission is very smooth and very lower noise.

In most working options, our worm gear reducers can replace well-known domestic and international brands, such as Bonfiglioli VF/W series, Motovario RV series, etc.

From size RV025 to RV090, the case, input flange and output flange are made of high quality aluminum alloy casting process; From size RV110 to RV150, the case and flange are made of high quality iron casting process, and we can also make them with stainless steel 304/316 material according to your special requirements.

Our worm gear is made of high quality QT500 material with 9-4 or 12-2 bronze materials. It's very smooth, low noise and wear-resistant.

Otherwise, we also use high-temperature resistant sealed bearings and oil seals, ensure our reducers run stably and reliably even under non-conventional working conditions.

Besides general single-stage worm reducer, we also provide two-stage models. It delivers a higher reduction ratio and greater output torque under more versatile mounting options.
