Jiuwei Worm Gearbox has two models, NMRV series, and VF series. Its square or round house is made of ADC12 aluminum alloy, or iron casting or stainless steel casting materials.
It has several types, NMRV, NRV, DRV, SSRV, VF, SSVF, RV+UDL, RV+PC, RV+gear motor, RV+IEC motor, RV+servo motor etc. Its size is from 025 to 150 with a wide reduction ratio from 5 to 100 for single stange.

Main Components
Worm Shaft
The input shaft with a helical thread (usually case-hardened steel for strength). It is the “screw” that drives the gear.
Worm Gear
The large output gear (often made of phosphor bronze or brass) that meshes with the worm. Bronze is common because it resists wear against steel.
Bearings
